Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent plays a crucial role in orchestrating field operations for designated areas and self-performed or subcontracted trades on a given project. This involves meticulous coordination to ensure that construction activities align with the projects planned sequence and schedule. Assistant Superintendents take charge of implementing and enforcing essential safety and quality control procedures throughout the construction process. Law, the base salary range for this position is: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00Coakley & Williams Construction offers a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental and vision coverage, employer-matched 401(k), paid time off and holidays, performance-based bonuses, wellness program, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidates individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
