Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service with every interaction.
• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, smoothies, and specialty drinks to Scooter's Coffee standards.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized front counter.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Keep the store stocked, clean, and ready for each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Skills

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Previous coffee, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
