Arcfield is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations
• Support the financial audit process by providing necessary documentation
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect sensitive data

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
