Cabinet Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Assemble cabinet components using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Prepare and organize cabinet parts efficiently for the assembly process.
• Install drawer slides, shelving hardware, and other cabinet hardware with accuracy.
• Construct drawer boxes, toe kicks, nailers, and various other cabinet components.
• Utilize our case clamp to assemble cabinet boxes.* Perform sanding and preparation of assembled cabinets to meet quality standards.

Cabinet Assembler Qualifications:

• Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of measurements and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams or drawings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in a shop/warehouse setting.
