I’m looking for a **reliable, proactive Executive and Personal Assistant** to help me stay organized and get things handled - both personally and across my businesses.
### What You’ll Do
* Schedule and manage personal appointments
* Make phone calls and follow up with doctors, vendors, service providers, and businesses
* Research products, services, companies, and personal/business needs
* Compare pricing, options, reviews, and availability
* Handle personal and household projects
* Provide administrative support for **real estate, property management, and marketing businesses**
* Assist with scheduling, data entry, documents, and other administrative tasks
* Organize information, track follow-ups, and keep projects moving
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion

* Comfortable making phone calls on my behalf

* Able to work independently
### Schedule
**Monday-Friday | 10 AM–2 PM Eastern Time**
Must be available and reachable during this block each weekday.
