As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
Assist in all in store operational processes.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times. Opening and closing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sanitizing treatment rooms and high-touch areas, restocking treatment rooms, workstations, and back stock areas, managing and completing laundry (linens & towels), ensuring all
areas are organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and restocking restroom supplies vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting treatment rooms, retail shelving, and common areas, cleaning interior windows and mirrors
Assist with Social Media, and Google Business
Assist with marketing included but not limited to handing out flyers to local businesses.
Assist with merchandising and display of products
Experience
-Guest Service Experience (1 year)
-Sales and Marketing Experience
- Salon Experience
-Ability to lift 25 pounds
Job Type: Part Time, Full Time (weekend and evening availability will be required)
