Job Description

An international iGaming company with a strong presence in the market for many years and headquartered in Europe continues to grow and expand its global footprint. As part of our ongoing business development and the launch of new projects, we are opening a large-scale recruitment campaign across multiple teams. The company develops high-quality slot games and innovative gaming solutions enjoyed by players worldwide, and we are looking for talented professionals to join us on our exciting growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop slot game concepts from the initial idea through to successful release.
  • Design game mechanics, bonus features, user flows, and the overall player experience.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive Game Design Documentation (GDD) , including both concept and production GDDs.
  • Define tasks for cross-functional teams (Art, Development, Mathematics) while coordinating the development process and tracking implementation.
  • Ensure the final product aligns with the original game vision and design specifications.
  • Participate in game testing, analyze results, and iterate on game features to improve player experience and product performance.
  • Research the iGaming market, analyze competitors and industry trends, and introduce innovative mechanics and successful gameplay solutions into new projects.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Game Designer in the slot games industry.
  • Strong understanding of core slot mechanics, including Free Spins, Hold & Win, Respin, Pick, Multiplier, Bonus Buy , and other popular features.
  • Experience creating game concepts and developing comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) throughout the entire production cycle.
  • Experience collaborating with mathematicians on game mechanics and balancing.
  • Experience designing game features, creating development tasks, and providing feedback on art assets.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Developers, Artists, Animators, QA Engineers, and Mathematicians.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market, competitor analysis, and current industry trends.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, commercially successful, and visually appealing slot games.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate game performance and player behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team.
  • Passion for slot game development, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering the best possible player experience.
