Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant / Technical AI Lead to provide technical leadership across AI/ML projects from conception through deployment. The consultant will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design scalable and secure AI solutions. Key Skills & Requirements: 10+ years of software development/engineering experience. 2+ years leading AI/ML projects in a technical capacity. Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI . Strong understanding of AI architecture, technology selection, scalability, performance, and security. Experience translating business requirements into technical AI solutions. Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence , and technical project delivery. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Work Model: Remote with onsite presence in NJ once per month .
