Overview: The Packer is a great entry level position to learn about the print industry in a warehouse setting! You will be responsible for the packaging of a variety of manufactured labels.

Training Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm.

Shift A vailable : Friday, Saturday 6:00pm-6:00am & Sunday 6:00pm-5:30am.

Pay: $14.00/hour to start.

What you'll do

• Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations, and sorting.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow established quality management system procedures
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures
• Adhere to all established safety practices
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Traits/Requirements:

• Detailed-Oriented and capable of following standard work instructions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively

Physical Demands:

• While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision.
• The employee may be required to lift up to 45 lbs.
