Baldacci Family Vineyards is a premium, limited-production, family-owned and operated winery in the heart of the Stags Leap District. Our cave holds our entire production facility, promising a truly unique visitor experience, while our hospitality space offers stunning views of the Stags Leap Palisades. Known for authenticity and exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, we delight in sharing our estate-grown wines with guests who travel from around the world to visit us.

We are looking for someone to join our small, passionate team. Someone who brings professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine love of connecting with people. If you thrive in a collaborative, responsive, guest-focused environment and love to sell and entertain, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do
•  Host guests and achieve or exceed established sales and wine club membership goals
•  Conduct tastings within the winery’s pre-defined experiences and in adherence with all winery protocols
•  Present the Baldacci brand story with clarity, enthusiasm, and a tone that is both professional and approachable
•  Carefully review reservation notes to anticipate guest needs, personalize each visit, and drive the sale
•  Enter and update CRM data for all guests, not just the booking contact, including full name, email, phone number, and date of birth
•  Ensure every guest leaves having thoroughly enjoyed their experience with a high regard for Baldacci hospitality and help carry-on our 5-star Google rating
•  Provide reception support as needed. Greeting and checking in guests, answering phones, responding to email inquiries, and managing the reservation calendar during busy periods or to cover gaps
•  Remain flexible to cover shifts and assist with events as needed

Required Qualifications
•  21 years of age or older
•  Minimum 2 years in hospitality or guest-facing service (luxury or winery a plus)
•  Familiarity with reservation, CRM, and POS systems (e.g., Tock, Commerce7)
•  Professional phone and email etiquette with clear, prompt written communication
•  Strong organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
•  Warm, professional presence with confident verbal communication
•  Able to stand and walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 45 lbs regularly
•  Friendly, punctual, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with weekend availability

Valued Attributes
A warm, organized, and unflappable presence; you take pride in being the welcoming first face guests meet and the person who keeps the day running smoothly. You enjoy connecting with people, anticipating their needs, and turning a great first impression into a memorable visit.
