We're looking for an experienced press brake operator who can set up and run jobs on their own.What you'll doRead engineering prints, including bend callouts, flat patterns, and GD&TSet up press brakes: choose and install tooling, align dies, set backgauges, and enter or edit programs and offsetsForm steel, stainless, and aluminum parts across a range of thicknessesRun first-article and in-process inspections with calipers, protractors, and radius gaugesAdjust for springback and material variation to hold toleranceWork with the cutting, welding, and quality teams to keep jobs movingKeep your area clean, organized, and safeWhat we're looking for[3+] years of hands-on press brake setup, not just running parts someone else set upCNC press brake experience ([brand] a plus)Ability to work out bend sequences and spot when a part can't be formed as drawnSolid shop math and measuring skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shiftNice to haveJob shop experience with high-mix, low-volume workOffline bend programmingWhat we offer$[24–30]/hr depending on experience[Shift / schedule] 6am-3pm M-Th, 6am-11am Fri[Health, dental, vision][401(k) / match][Paid holidays and PTO]Steady work with a company that's been around for over 55 years
