As a Security Officer Unarmed Hazard Identification in Goodyear AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents monitor assigned areas and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility loading areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees visitors vendors and/or delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations incidents and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
