As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Threat Identification in EL SEGUNDO CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings access points parking areas and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity verify credentials as required and report access-related irregularities to appropriate site contacts.
• Document patrols incidents observations and shift activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
