What You’ll DoGoldfish Swim School Milford is hiring a part and full-time Swim Instructor/Lifeguards to help kids build confidence in the water while keeping every lesson safe, structured, and positive. This entry-level role matters because families count on us for progress, protection, and a great experience—every class.Key responsibilities include teaching swim skills using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, enforcing pool rules, monitoring for safety concerns, responding to incidents with appropriate first aid/rescue actions, tracking student progress and paperwork, and communicating clearly with parents/guardians.
