Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Advocate, you will help members navigate the surgical process—from explaining benefits to coordinating with physician offices. We are looking for high-energy, empathetic problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and want to make a tangible difference in healthcare.

Location: Dallas, TX | USA | Full-time Onsite Compensation: $20-24 per hour based on experience Shift Schedules: 
  • Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • 6-week onsite training program, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
  • After training, you'll be assigned a 9-hour shift within a 7 AM–8 PM window
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years' experience in a customer service, service center, and/or sales enablement role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines
  • Dual language (Spanish & English) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Educate members on surgical offerings and ensure benefits are clearly understood
  • Coordinate member appointments, travel, and provider selection
  • Assist with provider selection
  • Resolve and document member inquiries with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain strict PHI compliance while handling sensitive healthcare data
